Disconnecting your Account
We try to avoid disconnecting supply unless absolutely necessary and advise customers to make contact with us early if they find themselves unable to pay their bill to terms.We do not disconnect your supply if you are simply moving out of your home and where it will be occupied by another owner/tenant soon.
We may disconnect your power if:
- You have not paid your GPL bill, and You have not contacted us to arrange a mutually acceptable payment schedule,
- You fail to keep a payment schedule.
